The Federal High Court Abuja has excused a suit testing the legitimacy of the essential political race that delivered Rotimi Akeredolu as the governorship competitor of the All Progressive Congress in the last governorship political decision.
Directing adjudicator equity Iyang Ekwo in a judgment held that the suit founded by Olajumoke Anifowose was statued banned having been documented external the 14 days permitted by law for a pre-political decision matter.
Mrs. Anifowose in the suit recorded for her benefit by her guidance Adesina Oke, fought that segment 87 of the constituent Act and article 20 of the APC Constitution were abused in the essential political decision by the state leader board of trustees and nearby government council that led the political race.
The offended parties had supplicated the court for a request announcing the essential political decision as invalid and to ban INEC from perceiving lead representative Akeredolu as the governorship competitor.
