The Director-General of the Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi, has warned that they would not tolerate “Unpatriotic elements” that want to take actions that will jeopardize national security, saying that that the service would ensure that the unity and corporate existence of the country remained sacrosanct.
The DG, who talked yesterday in Abuja at the graduation service for members of the Executive Intelligence Management Course at the National Institute for Security Studies, approached people and gatherings to hold hands with security and other law authorization offices to enthrone harmony and request in the nation.
Day by day Trust on Sunday reports that a sum of 50 members drawn from the security and knowledge area, para-military, and different offices moved on from the 10-month course, which initiated at the NISS on February 10.
Among the graduands, who were granted individual, security organization, were two members from Ghana, and The Gambia.
Bichi urged the graduands to bring the information procured during the time of their examination to shoulder on their different work environments, in an offer to improve security and public wellbeing.
He reminded those condemning the security organizations over the weakness the country over that it was hard to enter spots of love or unwinding focuses without fear of what may almost certainly occur, a couple of years back.
“We should not let egotistical individuals with insatiable interest demolish our aggregate legacy.
“We should not permit traitorous components to cut our nation down. Along these lines, let us join exclusively and by and large to address our difficulties, and construct a superior country for ourselves, our kids and their age.
“We as a whole have commitments to make in guaranteeing that Nigeria gets protected, quiet and created”, he stated.
