Niger Delta youths: Amnesty General Hails Gov. Okowa Over Oyibode’s Appointment As DESOPADEC Commissioner.

Youths of Niger Delta and Civilian Generals of the Phase 3 Amnesty Program of the Federal Government have hailed Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State over the meritorious appointment of Chief Vincent Oyibode as DESOPADEC Commissioner representing Ughilli South, Udu, Uvwie and the Urhobos in Warri South LGA in the board of the Commission.
Comrade Wilfred Morocco aka General Morocco who spoke with Daily Independent Correspondent in a telephone chat from Abuja the FCT in his appreciation message to the Governor, stated that the Youths and all the Civilian Generals of the Phase 3 Amnesty program deeply appreciate Gov Okowa’s appointment of Oyibode, stressing that the gesture has demonstrated in reality that the Gov. is indeed a realiable promise keeper who rewards hard work with benevolence.
While expressing confidence on the leadership quality of Chief Vincent Oyibode
General Morocco said, “As the Deputy Youth Leader of PANDEF, Oyibode made us proud, I must say that we have so much confidence in him based on the pedigree of his performance in the past in all the Offices where duty called on him to serve the people .
General Morocco maintained further in his positive appraisal that, Chief Vincent Oyibode will work as assiduously round the clock to deliver more dividends of democracy to the people of his core mandate area in the discharge of his duty as a DESOPADEC Commissioner
According to the Civilian General, the appointment of Chief Vincent Oyebode is a clear signal that better days are ahead for the people because he is a proven trailblazer that is ready to give his best to the service of his father land.
Morocco the Niger Delta Youth in this summation remarked with emphasis that the indefatigable Oyibode a man of little words but loaded with Positive and impactful actions now needs only the prayer and co-operation of his supporters as he is set to use the instrument of his good office to bring accelerated development to the people of Ughelli South, Udu, Uvwie and the Urhobos in Warri South LGA as encapsulated in the State SMART Agenda of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
